December Walks & Hike
December can be full of holiday fun and bustling with activity but often times the month leaves us feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. There’s too much of everything; too much to do, too much spending, eating, drinking, time inside. . .
It doesn’t need to be that way. Take ownership of your December. Commit to striking a balance. Commit to showing up as your most grounded, present, engaged you. Commit to exploring, getting outside and active. Imagine inhaling deep breaths of cold, crisp, fresh air. Imagine the smell of wood fires burning.
Join the Elements DC for a few hours of unique, local and regional adventure. We will get outside, active and grounded and send you back ready to tackle the 'to do's'.
$35: ‘Walk A La Carte’: choose the individual walks/hikes that suit your schedule.
